Frequently asked questions
What do you need for your first apartment kitchen?
A basic cookware set, a knife set, cooking utensils, measuring cups and flatware will cover almost every meal.
What do people forget to buy for a first apartment?
A power strip that fits behind furniture, extra lighting for dark corners and a door security bar for peace of mind.
Are cookware sets worth it for a first apartment?
Yes. A set gets you every pot and pan size at once, and detachable handles help them stack in small cabinets.
What should you buy first when moving into an apartment?
Kitchen basics and safety items first, then decor. You can live without art for a month, not without a pan.
